Share the Warmth with Allstate Insurance

Allstate gave a $15,000 donation along with pairs of warm socks in stride of its Share the Warmth with Allstate Insurance campaign. Matthew Pearce, President and CEO of the Old Brewery Mission and Marie Claire Morin, Executive Director of the Old Brewery Mission Foundation, met with Carmine Venditti, Allstate Agency Manager, to accept the donation in person.

The donation will be dedicated to the expansion of the Mission’s Walk-in Medical Clinic, which offers access to healthcare professionals to Montreal’s homeless. The socks will be distributed during the Mission’s Christmas dinner December 25, 2014.

During this milestone year in which the Mission celebrated its 125^th birthday, the support of our generous donors and partners such as Allstate Insurance is critical. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and we hope that this donation will bring comfort and joy to homeless people during this holiday season.
