With the Quebec homelessness rate at a record high, the Old Brewery Mission and TELUS are expanding their commitment to providing quality healthcare for those experiencing homelessness
This letter is in response to Maxime Bergeron's column published on October 24 entitled “Even more homeless people in the city center?” The column focused on two projects by the Old Brewery Mission in the city center: a new residence and a health service center.
Our actions and programs are tailored to the individual needs and challenges of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We believe it is possible to intervene effectively at any point in their lives to break the cycle of homelessness.
The Old Brewery Mission is leading its major fundraising campaign to continue supporting vulnerable people at every stage of the intervention cycle.
