Women's Services

For more than 25 years, the Patricia Mackenzie Pavilion has been a cornerstone for housing services catering to vulnerable women in Montreal. Operating round the clock, every day of the year, our intervention team assists hundreds of women annually on their journey towards sustainable reaffiliation.

These women receive comprehensive psychosocial support to stabilize their living circumstances and progress at their own pace towards finding a permanent place they can call home.

Furthermore, the Old Brewery Mission has expanded its support with 51 housing units dedicated to women, providing them with a safe and secure environment to call home. Additionally, our Voisines dans la communauté program facilitates the transition of women into private housing while ensuring they continue to receive essential psychosocial support.

In 2023, we proudly inaugurated 13 new semi-private rooms, marking a farewell to the second-floor dormitories in our Patricia Mackenzie Women's Pavilion. This expansion embodies our commitment to sustainable solutions aimed at breaking the cycle of homelessness.
