Video recap: Behind the scenes of the construction of the Tenaquip Place

This video chronicles the construction of Place Tenaquip, which opened last June. Located in Lachine, this new mixed-use housing project by the Old Brewery Mission comprises 18 permanent units for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. It includes thirteen studio apartments and five 3½-room units, designed specifically to accommodate couples.

This innovative project was made possible thanks to a $4.5 million donation from the Tenaquip Foundation and financial support from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Société d'habitation du Québec (SHQ), the City of Montreal, and the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ.

We would also like to thank L. Mccomber - architecture vivante, Groupe CDH, and Fortis Construction.
