For now, we have no choice but to provide decent emergency shelter services across the city for people experiencing homelessness.
Our actions and programs are tailored to the individual needs and challenges of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We believe it is possible to intervene effectively at any point in their lives to break the cycle of homelessness.
